Do you have a return policy?

We do not allow return/exchanges for our products unless you received a defective item. You can reach out to one of our team members at relxcares@relxcebu.com. 

How do I pay for my order?

 We accept Bank Transfer, Gcash, Paypal and Cash on Delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
