Frequently Asked Questions

1. Select your Relx device, pods or accessories.

2. Follow the simple checkout process.

3. Receive a confirmation text or email summing up your order.

4. Payment via Bank Deposit/Transfer/GCash: Your order will be processed only after you send it to payments@relxcebu.com

5. Payment via Cash on Delivery: Your order will be processed only after we have received a confirmation text from you. 

6. You will receive a text once the driver is out for delivery.

7. For Provincial: You will receive your tracking link once it's been picked up by the courier.

8. Sit back and Relx while you wait for your order to arrive.

We accept payments via Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, Unionbank), GCash and Cash on Delivery.

We do not allow return/exchanges for our products unless you received a defective item. You can reach out to one of our team members at relxcares@relxcebu.com. 

We do not  provide  refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the product is proved to be defective then we can file for warranty claim and replacement. 

We do not provide refund if you have ordered the wrong item and it has been opened.

Once item has been dispatched to you you will not be able to cancel your order anymore.

Here's when you can expect your order:

• Cebu City, Mandaue City, Conscolacion, Talisay, Lapu Lapu: 1-2 hours if order is placed within our delivery hours.
• Cebu Province: 2-5 days business days
• Outside Cebu: 3-7 business days

We're committed to delivering your order as soon as possible! The delivery countdown officially begins once you've received the invoice.

Our deliver hours are Mon-Fri 11:00AM to 7:30 PM, Sat-Sun 11:00AM to 3:30PM

*We do same day delivery as long as you place your order within our delivery time frame.

We are unable to provide an exact delivery time. This is due to many factors that could affect the time of delivery, such as traffic flow, weather conditions, and the volume of deliveries scheduled on that day.
