RELX devices aren’t your average vaporizers or e-cigarettes. It utilizes a closed system designed to create a simple and consistently satisfying experience for adult smokers looking to transition away from cigarettes.
Types of Devices
Our devices are purposefully designed to be hassle-free. Currently, RELX offers two types of devices: Classic and Infinity.
RELX Classic is our first-generation device with a sleek and minimalistic design. Its finish is a smooth aluminum alloy which allows the device to be very lightweight.
A winner of the 2020 Red Dot Design Award, RELX Infinity is a unibody vape with a premium design, It’s finished with metallic aluminum alloy and feels satin smooth.
When you purchase a device, it also comes with a charging cable and user manual. If you purchase a starter kit for RELX Classic, you will find a Mint RELX pod as well.
How to set up your RELX Device
Getting started with your RELX experience is as easy as 1-2-3.
Step 1: Prepare your RELX device and pod of your choice (sold separately).
Step 2: Remove the pod from its packaging and insert it into the device. You’ll notice it slides in smoothly and gently. This is because our pods and devices stay connected via a magnetic lock.
Step 3: Gently draw on the mouthpiece of the RELX pod to start; no buttons are required to turn it on. You’ll notice the indicator lights up when you take a pull. If it flickers, this means you’re inhaling too long or too deeply.
How to maintain your RELX Device
Just like using your RELX device, maintaining it is just as simple.
Battery Life
RELX devices feature a long-lasting battery life. While it depends on how heavily you use the device, you can generally count on a full charge to last throughout the day. If you’re a moderate or light user, you can even go 2-3 days on a single charge!
Charging
You can quickly charge your RELX device anytime and anywhere just by inserting the charging cable to the bottom of the device and plugging it into the nearest power source. RELX Infinity devices can also charge wirelessly through a designated charging case (sold separately).
The indicator should light up and stay white throughout charging. Once it’s fully charged, it will turn off. It typically only takes 45-60 minutes to fully charge your RELX device. RELX’s smart-charge technology is also designed to reduce overcharging.
RELX Pods
Classic Pods fit for Classic devices hold 2ml of e-liquid per pod. This is enough to produce 650 pulls which equals three packs of cigarettes.
Meanwhile, Pod Pro, fit for Infinity devices, contains 1.9 ml of e-liquid per pod, equivalent to 600-650 puffs.
Once the e-liquid pod is finished, simply swap it out for a new one. RELX offers a bunch of different flavors, from classic mint to juicy Mango so there’s something for everyone!
Cleaning
If you wish to clean your device, wipe it down with a tissue and isopropyl alcohol. You can also clean the charge contacts of the device with a Q-tip dipped in alcohol and wait for it to completely dry before using it again.
Storage
Avoid storing a RELX device for more than two weeks on an empty charge. It’s best to charge the device entirely and remove the RELX pod before storing it.
Lastly, as with all products containing nicotine or intended for use with the consumption of nicotine, store the RELX device out of reach to children and pets.
